Located between Denver and Colorado Springs, the city of Castle Rock, Colorado is seeking a sister city partnership. With a population size of over 70,000 people, and high desert climate, Castle Rock has so much to offer from the “Castle Rock” formation, an outlet mall, Phillip S. Miller Park and the “Challenge Hill” and Douglas County Fairgrounds. Castle Rock is looking for a city to create cultural exchanges, global travel opportunities, youth and student exchanges, virtual classroom partnerships, as well as municipal governance exchanges and business and economic partnerships. The city of Castle Rock wants to create a city partnership to benefit their growing K-12 education community, as well as the university level with the Colorado State University Extension campus.
